Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.
FINE ART PRINTS
Fine Art Prints are available through Fine Art America (Pixels.com).
After clicking on the link in the Shop menu, you will be taken to the prints available from each artist on the Collections page
When you place an order through our fulfillment partners , they will manufacture your products within 48 hours, and ship it to you . Shipping is based on the size and weight of the product as well as your location. They have 16 global production facilities in 5 different countries. Your order will be manufactured at the location nearest to you in order to minimize delivery times and shipping costs.
Each product has a 30 day money back guarantee. Free shipping is not available for print products

How is my payment handled?
Payments are taken through PayPal . You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.
This is not a credit scheme, but an arrangement on trust, at no extra cost to you.

I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my original artwork?
Most orders will be packed and shipped within 7 business days UPS will package and deliver your order to your door. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact US first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements.
Can I collect my artwork from your studio?
Yes, if you have a Kingston, Ontario area postal code, you can collect in person. Click on PICKUP at the checkout. THIS WILL AUTOMATICALLY GIVE YOU A 20% DISCOUNT. Once you have placed your order, we will email you and we can work out a time to meet. Our studio address is 690 Arbour Crescent, Kingston, Ontario, Canada
Is Shipping included?
Shipping is included on most pieces of original art in Canada or the continental USA. If you live outside these areas, message us to find out what the shipping to your location will be . We will bill that separately after we have agreed on the price.

What about large or high value artworks?
We appreciate this is a high value purchase – and a piece of work the artist has spent much time on! It’s important for both of us to make sure it is transported safely. Some couriers have limits on dimensions or what they will carry so certain pieces have individual requirements. This will be noted in the Shipping details with each product listing. Shipping costs for large artworks need to be quoted individually – please contact us before purchasing. I will then contact you via email to discuss specialist shipping options before the artwork is despatched. If you buy online first in order to secure the painting ,the shipping cost will be billed separately after agreement.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. If your location is restricted once you get to the checkout you need a bespoke courier service. Message us with your details and the piece you would like and we can give you shipping options.
Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.
Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.
What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?
We want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so we offer a Buy-Back agreement.
If a painting is not as you expect, you have 14 days to contact us by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned we will refund your payment within 14 days.
What if my painting arrives damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days and if possible keep a photograph.
